Ever suddenly found yourself in a confrontation or fight situation? Is confrontation something you avoid at all costs or a regular part of your day-to-day life?
In this half-day workshop men’s personal development coach Clive Maxheath and Wellness-Fitness coach Paul Harrild invite you to explore an area none of us should never leave to chance. In attending the ‘Standing your ground’ workshop you will:
- Have the opportunity to share experiences with other men and gain insights into your own personal confrontation profile.
- Explore connected neuroscience and learn communication skills to better manage confrontational situations before they get out of control.
- Practice simple but effective self-defence skills should a confrontation become violent or worse begin with violence.
Here’s what men who’ve completed our previous workshops have been saying:
‘I enjoyed meeting new people, listening and sharing stories. I also enjoyed the physical activities and learning self-defence techniques’
‘Clive and Paul were excellent in not only showing us techniques but also sharing their own personal stories’
’ 10 out of 10 - Clive and Paul know what they’re talking about and created a safe, open and honest environment’
