Program Summary
6 personal coaching sessions (7 hours of coaching) over 10 weeks. Package includes:
A 2-hour discovery and planning session where we design our alliance and establish goals for the program.
Four 1-hour sessions to monitor progress, reflect, and task set.
Use of a Cliftons Strenghsfinder© and Positive Intelligence© Saboteur psychometric assessments to supplement the coaching process.
A 1-hour completion session to celebrate learning and successes from the program.

A 90-minute coaching session with 30-minute review call a fortnight after.
In this process we will
Coach through targeted exercises to review current life position and future potentials.
Identify focused 'next-step' tasks for the coming fortnight in the area you've elected to develop.
Review learning and celebrate success at the end of a fortnight via a scheduled 30-minute session
