Program Summary

6 personal coaching sessions (7 hours of coaching) over 10 weeks. Package includes:

  • A 2-hour discovery and planning session where we design our alliance and establish goals for the program.

  • Four 1-hour sessions to monitor progress, reflect, and task set.

  • Use of a Cliftons Strenghsfinder© and Positive Intelligence© Saboteur psychometric assessments to supplement the coaching process.

  • A 1-hour completion session to celebrate learning and successes from the program.

One-off

Program Summary

A 90-minute coaching session with 30-minute review call a fortnight after.

In this coaching session we will

  • Work with a specialist coaching analytics tool to review current life position.

  • Utilise a visualisation exercise to connect you with your wiser elder self.

  • Identify focused 'next-step' tasks for the coming fortnight in the area you've elected to develop.

After the coaching session we will:

  • Stay checked-in across the following fortnight via e-mail or whats app for accountability, learning capture, and success celebration.

  • Review learning and celebrate success at the end of the fortnight via a scheduled 30-minute phone/video conferencing call.
