A 12-week online group program designed to help you set and achieve your goals. The support of like-minded peers underpinned by coaches Paul and Clive’s extensive knowledge in mindset, physical training, and nutrition.

Program Logistics

  • 12-weekly group sessions (13-hours of contact time) over a 12-week period.

  • Next Program begins Monday 17th March 2025 and completes Friday 6th June 2025.

Financial Investment

Investment for the program is £400 when payment is made upfront. The investment is £450 if elected to be spread across 3 transactions as follows: £150 due before the first session, £150 due before the fourth session, £150 due before the eighth session.
